ZAP - Zones of Attrition and Prospects
The project aims to better understand transitional situations – especially those lying between leaving one path and embarking on another – in the areas of work, education, and careers.
It examines how people experience such crossroads, which factors influence their decisions, and which resources provide guidance. The project brings together the perspectives of individuals who are currently neither in education, training, nor employment, as well as those of institutions and partners in the field, and observes developments over time.
The results offer practical guidance and insights for counseling, educational work, and the workplace.
